MestiDelivery

Food delivery high in the mountains.
Tourists order in their own language, restaurants take orders without phone calls, and couriers see right away where to pick up and where to deliver. All of it is one platform.
The challenge
Mestia is a mountain town that draws tourists from all over the world. Ordering food was hard: menus in Georgian, orders by phone and messengers, no courier delivery of its own. Restaurants lost orders in chats.
What we built
Four apps on one server: a customer app in three languages that installs on a phone without the App Store, a panel for restaurants, an admin panel for the platform team and a Telegram bot for kitchens and couriers. Details below.
How it works
An order goes straight to the kitchen with a cooking timer, and a courier takes it in the bot — two couriers can’t grab the same order. The team sees every order on a live map, each restaurant sees only its own. Orders no longer get lost in phone calls and chats.
Four apps, one API
MestiDelivery is not a single website. Tourists, restaurants, the kitchen with couriers and the platform team each get an interface built for their job, while the data lives in one place.

Customer app
Tourists and locals
A Next.js PWA: restaurants, menus, cart and checkout in a couple of taps. Mobile-first, in three languages, installs on a phone without the App Store.

Partner panel
Restaurants
A separate web app for venues: each restaurant works with its own menu and its own orders and never sees anyone else’s data.

Admin panel
Platform team
A separate app for the whole platform: a dispatch room with a live map and orders, revenue analytics and restaurant KPIs, customers with bonuses and referrals, delivery-time settings and partner onboarding.
