02 // electronics store · website & Mini App

LL Tech

A shop that builds itself from posts.

The owner posts a device in the Telegram channel, and it appears on the website and in the Mini App with photos, battery health, condition and price. Buyers reserve it or request a trade-in in Russian, Georgian or English.

01

The task

Every device was a channel post, and the rest happened in DMs: “still available?”, “which city?”, “do you have 256 GB?”. The owner kept the stock list by hand in a pinned post, and buyers who don’t use Telegram never saw the shop at all.

02

What we did

A bot reads the channel: it takes the model, storage, battery, condition, price and photos from each post and publishes a product card on the website and in the Mini App. Availability follows the pinned post. Buyers reserve with a deposit, upload a receipt or request a trade-in, and the owner confirms everything with buttons in the staff bot or in the admin app on a phone.

03

The result

The owner works as before — just posts. The catalogue, statuses and buyer notifications update on their own. The shop is now on Google and opens from a link — in Russian, Georgian and English. Instead of dozens of identical questions in DMs, buyers see stock and price right away and reserve on their own.
