Cookies and browser data
What the site keeps in your browser, why it is needed and how to turn it off.
What it is
The site keeps a little data right in your browser, in cookies and local storage. There are no names or contacts in it.
What is stored
- The site language you chose.
- Your choice in the cookies notice.
- After you press Accept, a random browser number to tell returning visitors from new ones.
- The number of visits and chat tip settings, so tips do not repeat.
- Your conversation with the assistant and its number, until you close the tab.
Analytics
Our own visit statistics work without cookies and without storing IP addresses, so they run whatever you choose in the notice.
Google Analytics (Firebase) turns on only if you pressed Accept. It sets its own cookies to count visits and show which pages are useful. We see overall statistics, not individual people.
How to turn it off
Press Decline in the notice and analytics will not turn on. To erase everything stored, clear the site data in your browser settings: the site works without it, you will just need to choose the language again.
