Only what you enter yourself in the form, the calculator or the chat: your name, a contact (Telegram, WhatsApp or phone) and a description of the task.

Your request reaches us in Telegram and is kept in our list of requests so we can reply and run the project.

We do not share it with third parties or use it for mailings.

Chat replies are written by Claude, an AI model by Anthropic: your messages are sent to it so it can answer.

Each message carries a short summary with no personal data, for example which format you priced in the calculator, so the assistant does not ask twice.

The conversation is kept in your browser until you close the tab and on our server for up to 90 days: we use it to check and improve the assistant's answers, including with the same model. We do not store your IP address with it.

If you leave your contact in the chat, the assistant writes a short description of your task for our team, and the conversation is kept with your request, so we do not have to ask again.

Please do not send passwords, card details or documents in the chat.

We keep our own visit statistics without cookies: which pages were opened, how long they were viewed, device type, browser, an approximate country based on the time zone, and where the visit came from. IP addresses are not stored, and this data cannot identify a person. Records are kept for 180 days.

If you leave a request, we can see which page and source it came from.

Google Analytics (Firebase) turns on only if you pressed Accept in the cookies notice. More in the cookies document.

Write to us and we will show what we keep about you, correct it or delete it.
